BLU, the operations control system for transshipment stations from Berghof, is a modern and intelligent operations control system that controls, monitors and handles all processes at transshipment stations and terminals.

This results in improved control of the process organization and shorter crane and throughput times for trucks and trains. BLU maps the operational terminal processes from entry to exit by rail or road. It provides the crane operators with the required handling orders via WLAN and the truck drivers with the exact position for picking up or dropping off the load units in the crane runway.

The control center dispatcher selects the respective dispatching strategy: operationally efficient, energy-saving or fast turnaround.
